  • SPORTS PHYSICALS, INTERIM QUESTIONNAIRES, IMPACT TEST MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO THE 1ST PRACTICE

Impact Test are required for all Freshman, Juniors and any newly enrolled student. Impact Test can also be done at Lakeland Immediate Care (208-687-4878), you will need to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment.
